Liberation of the Brabantse Wal
In October 1944, the Brabantse Wal was liberated by the British and Canadians during the Battle of the Scheldt.
October 2025 - In 1944, Brabantse Wal was liberated. To commemorate this, various activities are organised. You can join three different themed walks, together with a guide. During these tours, you will hear stories about the liberation and the events in this region. Would you rather go out on your own? That way you can discover more about the history of Brabantse Wal during World War II at your own pace.
