Discover the beautiful backyard
The vast Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide forms the backyard of the estate, so most guests already have their walking shoes on when they arrive. B&B Landgoed Kortenhoeff is also a perfect base for cyclists and mountain bikers, given this 5-star review: "It was a great stay in a peaceful, quiet house. The kitchen was well equipped for dinners and breakfasts, and the house was the cleanest we have ever been to [...] We cycled there and they also had a nice dry place to park the bikes. It was a perfect refuge..." This comment is from a guest of the Voorhuis, the original residential part of the farmhouse. Kortenhoeff also offers the modernly furnished Studio The Garden Room and The (romantic) Bedstee. All three accommodations have a large, private courtyard garden.
Tip for your visit: ask the staff for recommendations in the area. There is an awful lot to see in the area. Think about the cultural-historical splendour of the Markiezenhof in Bergen op Zoom, or spend a day shopping at Designer Outlet Roosendaal. Even more greenery can be found in the Arboretum.
