Mariakapel
In the Hofstraat in Bergen op Zoom is a small chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary. On 15 August 1967, the Assumption of Mary, this chapel was consecrated. In the chapel is a statue of "Our Lady in the Sun" also you will find painted tableaus with the text of the "Hail Mary" and images from the life of Mary. The Mariakapel in Hofstraat is owned by the municipality of Bergen op Zoom, but is managed by the Stichting Lievevrouwegilde foundation.
