Gerrie Smits
Location
2026; The year Gerrie was caught between world news and cat videos. Between "this is it then" and "this can't be everything". Between "just hold on" and "is this it now?".
But can you really be trapped in a world that does not stand still for a second?
In KLEM, Gerrie explores the oppressive feeling of being stuck. In your head, in your agenda and in your own rightness. With sharp jokes, absurd images and painful recognition, he tries to discover whether the door is really locked, or whether he was just pushing all along while it said "pull".
A New Year's Eve show about getting stuck in a world that keeps going and about what happens when you finally dare to move.
