Theatre Box Office

The theatre box office will now be open six days a week: even more service for theatre lovers!

Good news for theatre lovers in ‘ Bergen op Zoom ’ and the surrounding area! ‘ Theater De Maagd ’ and ‘ VVV Brabantse Wal ’ are launching a wonderful new partnership. Thanks to this partnership, the theatre box office will now be open no fewer than six days a week. Want to buy tickets, ask questions or get advice about a performance? It’s all going to be a lot easier!

With this new partnership, two welcoming organisations in the heart of Bergen op Zoom are joining forces. VVV Brabantse Wal will support Theater De Maagd with ticket sales and customer service. In doing so, both organisations are taking a significant step towards improving the service provided to the city’s residents and visitors.

Available six days a week
Anyone with questions about performances, wishing to book tickets or needing help with an order can now contact the theatre box office by telephone from Monday to Saturday.

The new telephone opening hours for the theatre box office are:

• Monday: 1.00 pm – 4.00 pm
• Tuesday to Saturday: 11.00 – 16.00

Anyone who would prefer to visit in person is also very welcome. During the regular, extended opening hours of ‘ VVV Brabantse Wal ’, visitors can pop in to buy theatre tickets, get information or ask any other questions.

Greater convenience, greater hospitality
Ruben Israël, deputy director of Theater De Maagd and Poppodium Gebouw-T, is enthusiastic about the partnership: “With this partnership, we’re making our theatre box office truly accessible once again. Six days a week, people can visit us for tickets, enquiries and personal contact. That fits perfectly with what we want our theatre to be: a welcoming place where everyone feels at home. What’s more, it’s brilliant that we can achieve this together with VVV Brabantse Wal . A wonderful partnership that benefits both our visitors and colleagues from both organisations.”

Councillor Rob van den Aarsen (Culture, Economy and Work & Income): “A strong cultural programme makes Bergen op Zoom attractive to both our residents and visitors from outside the city. Through this partnership, we’re making it easier for residents and visitors to enjoy our cultural offerings. At the same time, Theater De Maagd and VVV Brabantse Wal , reinforce one another and together contribute to a welcoming city where culture, tourism and leisure go hand in hand. “Together, we are making Bergen op Zoom even more attractive”.

Through this collaboration, Theater De Maagd and VVV Brabantse Wal , are not only enhancing their own services but also boosting the cultural appeal of Bergen op Zoom. After all, a vibrant city deserves a theatre that is easily accessible to everyone.

Two organisations, one welcoming city and even greater convenience for theatre lovers!
