The formula stands for honest day-fresh products, especially fish, in the broadest sense of the word. Eating lobster with your hands, gulping oysters, Zeeland mussels, a perfectly fried plaice, Eastern Scheldt eel... Fresher than fresh by buying directly from the fish auction in Yerseke! And of course in season; mainly from the Oosterschelde and of course anchovies.
