De Stoppelbergen
De Stoppelbergen is part of the Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide. It consists of mixed forest, various height differences (typical of the Brabantse Wal) and heathlands. There are many maritime pines in the area. They can be recognised by their very long needles and very large pine cones. The trees are always crooked and the bark has a very coarse structure.
