Stellebos
The Stellebos is a nature reserve where deer, foxes and mice live. Previously, when the Eendracht still existed, the salt marshes and mud flats area 'De Stelle' was located here. When the Schelde-Rijnkanaal was built, this area was raised with clay and sand. To compensate for the lost Eendracht, a forest was planted on it. A footpath runs through the Stellebos , making the area accessible. Visitors should therefore be wary of ticks in spring and summer.
The Forestry Commission manages the forest.
