Extensive lunch buffet
A varied assortment of filled artisanal rolls with vitello tonato with young lettuce, roast beef and truffle mayonnaise and/or ham on the bone and young matured cheese. You will also find a wide range of club sandwiches with smoked salmon with cream cheese and cucumber, beef carpaccio with parmesan cheese and fresh pesto, old Reypenaar with a salad of free-range egg (3 per person). This is served with a chunky fresh fruit salad (including pineapple, strawberry and melon), a Caprese salad (with roma tomato, mozzarella and basil) and a Ceasar Salad (with roasted chicken breast, parmesan and crispy bacon).
