Noordpolder
Noordpolder is a wet nature reserve. The transitions between high and low, dry and wet, sand and clay create a unique landscape with special plants and animals. Natuurmonumenten and Waterschap de Brabantse Delta work together in the Noordpolder to develop wet and flower-rich grasslands. Many meadow birds breed in the area and there are pools for dragonflies and amphibians. Peering over the landscape, you might see a marsh harrier, a roe deer or a grazing barnacle goose. In spring, the play of colours of kingcup, true cuckoo flower and butterflies is a feast for the eyes.

Walking
If you walk the blue 'Langs de Brabantse Wal' route (5 km), you will pass the panorama table on the Schenkeldijk. At the edge of the Koepelbos there is a pair of binoculars, with which you can take a closer look at nature. At this spot you will find more information about the Noordpolder and have a wonderful view of the nature reserve.
