This year, Stichting Behoud Weervisserij is again organising tourist excursions to the weervisserij on the Oosterschelde. A visit to the weathers is a special opportunity - for young and old - to experience up close the unique and age-old method of catching Berg anchovy!

You will be welcomed at the portakabin on the kade of the harbour Bergsediepsluis. At the port, you will board directly a punt (12 people) that will sail you to the weather. A punt is not covered, but it has seating. You can bring your own food and drinks. A guide will tell you all about weervisserij and the area.
